Exchange and Refund policy (นโยบายการขอคืนเงิน)

ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินและไม่รับเปลี่ยนแบบของสินค้าไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ของสินค้าได้ หากไซส์ที่ต้องการหมด จะขอสงวนสิทธิ์เป็นการเปลี่ยนแบบสินค้าแทนในไซส์ที่เทียบเท่ากัน

หากไม่แน่ใจเรื่องไซส์ที่เหมาะสมในการสั่งซื้อ สามารถติดต่อสอบถามผ่านทาง Line@ : @seasaltandvinegar หรือไปเลือกซื้อได้ที่หน้าร้าน

We do not have refund policy but we only have a size exchange policy for the same style of swimsuit that was bought.

Return policy (นโยบายการขอเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า)

ไม่รับคืนสินค้า แต่รับเปลี่ยนไซส์สินค้าภายใน 7 วัน (ดูตามวันเซ็นรับพัสดุ) โดยผู้เปลี่ยนสินค้าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าส่งกลับมาให้ Sea Salt &Vinegar เอง

No refund or return policy.

For size exchange, customers are responsible for the shipping fee from their countries back to Thailand and Thailand back to them. The process of sending back must be done within 7 days since customers receive the package.
